1. Signatures on sales package documents 
2. Provide copies of current bills (Carrier/Data) 
3. Verify one available static IP address

Installing Channel Partner and/or Data Vendor

1. Plugs in all equipment (edge device, phones) 
2. Installs PoE switch (if applicable)
3. Configures VLAN (if applicable)

Axxess Networks

1. Order equipment and ship to customer site
2. Configure edge device (dependent on complete of #2 under Installing Channel Partner and/or Data Vendor)
3. Configure phones and portal Carrier coordination and port Remote training
4. Support
